An experienced Part Time Office Manager or Administrative Assistant is needed to a 20 years old Manhattan restaurant.
The position is part-time, with a minimum of 20 - 25 hours per week. Your schedule would be Monday to Friday from 2PM to 7:00PM (FLEXIBLE) or from 5:30PM to 10:30PM (FLEXIBLE). However, if you are interested, there is a possibility for more hours during the day or weekends.
Duties will include:
- Handling phone calls, voice mail, e-mail, etc.
- Handling customer's inquiries and requests
- Spot check office for cleanliness
Filing/Archiving (Hard copies and Digital copies)
Scanning/Printing/Faxing/Emailing
Billing (Tracking Receipts, Invoices, expenses)
Outlook Calendar (Entering events)
Inventory Orders (Online Orders, Store runs)
Spot check office for cleanliness
Scheduling Reservations
Mailing (FedEx, USPS)
Office Maintenance
Qualifications / Required Skills / Experience:
- Must be experienced in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Great phone skills
- Self motivate with excellent time management and organization skills
- Promotes effective work practices and showing respect for co-workers
- Customer Service Driven
- Bookkeeping and knowledge of QuickBooks background is a plus but not necessary.
- Minimal knowledge of social media
- Ability to follow supervisor's instructions
